REGULATION OF CRYPTO MINI SERIES: PART 2
As 2019 comes to a close, Zachary Kelman shares with Cointelegraph readers the second installment of his mini-series discussing the global state of crypto regulation.
In this second part, Zachary discusses what he calls “The Outsiders” (i.e., China, Russia, India and the developing world.).
In discussing the Outsiders, Zachary notes that, unlike the Insiders, which built the modern financial system on top of the U.S. dollar in the 1940s, the Outsiders pay for access to that system due to varying historical and geopolitical reasons.
